Cornerstone Creek Project
Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity, Inc (COHFH) is requesting qualifications for the ARPA funded water and sewer infrastructure extension of Cornerstone Creek located on the property in the area of NW 150th St and N Morgan Road.
In order to be considered, interested applicant(s) must submit a Letter of Interest addressed to Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity, 5005 S I 35 Service Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73129-7019, attention Reagan Carrera prior to May 31, 2023 5:00pm. The project will begin immediately after the selection is made.
General Scope Of Work
This is Section 2 of our Cornerstone Creek development located in the area of NW 150th St and N Morgan Road. NE ¼ of Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 5 West Canadian County, Oklahoma. This project will construct water main and sewer line extensions from Section 1 of Cornerstone Creek. Engineering services will include planning, design, and construction administration services for the project. Engineers may be required to make presentations to COHFH and other entities.

The preliminary project budget for the entire Cornerstone Creek infrastructure project was estimated at $12.5 million.
